Facade of a civil construction on two floors in pink. Access to the building is via a staircase that has, at the street level, in its central part, a fountain with two spouts, a cartouche and two masks. In the center, on the first floor, two arched doors, with a man walking in front of them. On each side, three barred windows. On the second floor, there are eight windows with balconies. In the center, a triangular pediment, topped by a bell tower with a clock, flanked by pinnacles. The building has, as a top end, a plateau of balusters and a statue positioned at each angle. Author's signature in the lower right corner in white ink: "Nöbauer - Ouro Preto". Golden wood frame.
