The Oval Salon of the home of the Baroness Pauline de Rothschild (nee Pauline Fairfax Potter) located on the rue Mechain in Paris. The stone-floored room is furnished with Louis XVI furniture, striped taffeta curtains that are tied in many places and domed glass doors leading into the garden.
