    TANNER. D.H. 13.2.1962. ONE MAN BEWERY - FOR SALE. Joe Adam of the Old Bush Inn, Coseley, Staffordshire has brewed and sold his own beer, (250 gallons per week) for 52 years. But Joe has had enough, he works 14½ hours a day and just get wants to retire to his pigeon loft. Joe's beer (brewed from a secret recipe) is stronger than any draught beer for miles around, and sells at 3/2d a pint. 3 pints is enough for most people but Joe drinks up to four pints a night and enjoys it.
