Richard Wentworth's love of conversation and coincity led him to create ‘Paginations’ for Ash Ward by pasting pages of an English Oxford Dictionary in a row near the ceiling like a cornice. Richard said, ‘The point of the work was pretty well revealed by the way it simply generated conversation, the fact that we know the air is full of language, a very small percentage of it we can see, but the rest is the climate change of the digital and the old lumpy stuff like broadcasting and laminated signs stuck to walls, words words words words.'
