The Chapel of Piety is decorated with a collection of 33 paintings of varying sizes. On the extrados of the segmental arch that provides access to the chapel, we find four angels—the three archangels and the Guardian Angel—and the figures of Saint Aloysius Gonçaga and Saint Stanislaus Koska, painted by the Franciscan friar Francisco Caimari during the second half of the 18th century. The intrados of the arch is decorated with nine anonymous paintings depicting Our Lady of the Pillar, Saint Francis Xavier, Saint Teresa of Ávila, Saint Christopher, the Holy Face, Saint Cecilia, Saint Mary Magdalene, Saint Joseph, and Our Lady of Sorrows.

On the right wall of the chapel, we find the figures of Saint Francis de Sales, Saint Cosmas, Saint Lawrence, Saint Clare, Saint Diego of Alcalá, and Saint Gertrude. And to the left, Saint Damian, Saint Humbert, Saint Stephen, Saint Peter of Alcántara, Saint Telmo, and Saint Nicholas of Tolentí, all created at the end of the 17th century. The four upper bays are decorated with paintings depicting the Joys of the Virgin Mary: Adoration of the Magi, Coronation of the Virgin, Annunciation, and Nativity of Jesus. Finally, the paintings of the Virgin of Montserrat and the Virgin of Lluc, patron saints of Catalonia and Mallorca, respectively, are particularly noteworthy.
