Rounded, slightly rolled-in rim; cylindrical neck, tapering in towards shoulder; sloping shoulder; cylindrical body with several deep indents; concave base with pontil mark. Two handles, one on each side of the vessel, are short wide ribbon handles; one strip of glass was used to form multiple loops, each loop is attached to the vessel and the other loop; the handles seem to have run through above the vessel, but are now broken off. Just below the rim, on the upper part of the neck, 9 threads are applied to form 9 horizontal lines; lower, on the lower part of the neck, runs one more thicker thread; the body is decorated with several indents. No residue; extensive amount of thick patina on inside and outside of the vessel; small piece in one of the indents is missing as well as the extention of the handles.
