Papillon with his instruments

Papillon makes his own instruments based on African instruments thousands of years old. He is following in the footsteps of Kenya’s most famous international musician, Ayub Ogada, who circled the world playing his nyatiti from the Luo of Kenya and who founded the African Heritage Band with Alan Donovan in 1979.
