The tower of the Parish Church of All Saints dates from the 14th century. It was restored in the late 19th century. The rest of the church was rebuilt in 1880-1 by architect Sir Arthur Blomfield.

The churchyard contains the tomb of Granville Sharp, who was a founding member of the London committee of the Society for the Abolition of the Slave Trade.
