The soft and feathery looking pasqueflower, Pulsatilla vulgaris, traditionally a sign that Easter has arrived. The pasqueflower is now one of the rarest plants in the UK, only found in a few places in the Chilterns, Cotswolds, East Anglia and Lincolnshire.
