Passengers on a Q35 Stock District line train

Interior of Q35-stock car no 8784, fitted with experimental 'daylight' type fluorescent tube lighting. The tubes were 2ft long, and twelve were provided on each side of the car. Seated 'passengers' pose for the photograph. Note that there are both transverse and longitudinal seating bays. Anti-blast netting covers the windows.
