In the beginning the distribution of the spaces of the mill was different from what we can see today.
In fact, the map shows a very structured articulation as follows:
1. Underground dedicated to the PASTA FACTORY, 3 upper floors OLD MILL.
2. Underground dedicated to the DRIVING MACHINE, 1 upper floor for DRYING.
3. Underground dedicated to the BOILER. 1 upper floor for DRYING.
4. Underground passage and upper floor DRYING ROOM.
5. Underground dedicated to THE REPAIR WORKSHOP. Upper floor DRyer.
6. Underground dedicated to the DEPOSIT OF COAL. Upper floor dryer.
7. Courtyards.
8. Underground and 3 upper floors dedicated to GRAIN CLEANING.
9. Underground and 5 upper floors dedicated to the WAREHOUSES of the old mill and pasta factory.
10. Underground WAREHOUSE 1 upper floor church.
