Patchwork cover made of cigarette souvenir squares printed with national flags and birds. The large central flag is from pre-revolutionary Russia, surrounded by birds and other national flags. Several flag souvenirs read "Zira Cigarettes." Backing is a roller-printed cotton with a design of roses. Edged in silk hairpin lace.
