Speaking at Design Indaba Conference for the second time, Paul Sahre says he has found that, sometimes, working with a limited budget can take you to a creative place where you have never been before – like the building of a Monster Truck Hearse!
I was estimating it would take two weeks to build, says Sahre. It took four fucking months!
Sahre also talks about designing book covers for the likes of Malcolm Gladwell and Jonathan Safran Foer, and believes that you should always “design whatever you want”.
