This pedestal cup resembles the Spanish-style goblet, and this form became incorporated into the repertoire of Andean quero designs. Part of an identical pair (1983.W.1858), this small pedestal cup depicts simple floral and faunal elements, and notably recalls the paired production of Andean cups for feasting between guest and host.
