Los Angeles, United States

Pendant in the form of a "Kohl tube" with cuffs of raised gold sheet in the form of simple animal heads. The end cuffs are without gold end plates, edged with twisted gold wire, and decorated with triangles of granulation. The center cuff was evidently added later and has a simple, chased, dotted decoration on the edges and a boss-shaped center ornament. The three loops are on top of flat loops of the same type, probably an ancient pastiche.
