Penthorum chinense(chinese-penthorum)

Penthorum chinense is a plant species native to much of East Asia. Penthorum chinense is a perennial herb up to 90 cm tall, spreading by underground rhizomes. Flowers are yellow-white, borne in a cyme at the top of the stem in July.
