Le Dix, created in 1946-1947, was the first perfume launched by the House of Balenciaga. In 1948, the House of Balenciaga created its second perfume, La fuite des heures, and in 1955, the third perfume was released, Quadrille.
Medium: Oval bottle in the shaped of a column, undated. On the upper part, black label printed with LE DIX / BALENCIAGA / PARIS / FRANCE. The stopper is shaped like a fluted semicircle. A black cord is wrapped around the neck. The bottom of the bottle is embossed with BALENCIAGA / BOTTLE MADE IN FRANCE. It is included in an oval-shaped box lined with white paper, with incised decoration in imitation leather. The lid of the box reads BALENCIAGA / PARIS in black printed letters. The bottom of the box reads MADE IN FRANCE.
