The Memorial Park design principles are: To honor and commemorate all who served in World War I. The concept of the memorial is based on three design principles:

II. Celebrate the context and national character with definitive a neo classical architecture style using strong axes, symmetrical forms, and monumental elements.
III. Celebrate patriotism and the military with a plan based on order, and precision, and details inspired by national symbols.
