Perspective sketch of the Candoglia marble quarry

The drawing, requested by Count Ambrogio Nava, portrays Monte di Candoglia. The two old "roads of Lizza" are clearly visible, where the blocks of marble would descend from the quarry down to the valley, at the mouth of the Toce river.
