Heads of people, animals, birds, body parts and arms are cut in stone, in lower or deep relief and miraculous intertwining. Particular elements of the presentation are given more plastically and massively. The artist makes a composition using curved lines and surfaces treated by carving and tapping. The stone he chooses (stalactite) is usually of such a shape that he can only complete the work already started by time, wind and rain. His figures of old men, animals and monsters possess a general and condensed character, being reduced to idols. Fish-like mouth and big oval eyes preserve the secret of origin and constant resistance. They are rendered individually or in a group, closely connected and interwoven in the process of constant movement and imbuing (M. Vračević).
