This tall vessel — height 49 cm — bears on its side Tallinn's coat of arms, it has been produced during the 18th century for the Tallinn Town Council. Town's hallmarks and an unreadable maker's mark confirm that it has been produced locally. The vessel has a profiled lid with a knob and two strong handles for lifting, the tap is missing. Such cylindrical vessel with a knobbed lid reminds of a huge tankard.
