Anna Howard Shaw (1847-1919) was a physician and one of the first ordained female Methodist ministers. She served as President of the National American Woman Suffrage Association from 1904-1911. (National Susan B Anthony Museum & House Collection, received as a gift from Carrie Chapman Catt in 1947)
