The frame shows the lead Ramesh (Dev Anand) and Shanti (Nutan) sitting at the entrance of a dome-like tunnel. The composition shows them in a profile view, sitting down, facing each other, probably in the middle of a conversation. Dev Anand is wearing a dark attire and is sitting with legs folded, hands clasped together, resting on the knees. Nutan is wearing a light colored plain sari, sitting in almost the same pose.

Below the image is text. Starting from left to right, first comes 'FILMISTAN' in caps under which 'Private LTD Company' is writtem in a different font and size. Next to this is 'PAYING GUEST' in big bold letters and right under it is the name of the director 'SUBODH MUKERJI' in caps and a much smaller font size.
