Photographic lobby still for the Hindi film 'Halaku' (proper noun), released in the year 1956.

The still depicts the scene where Halaku (Pran) feels angered upon hearing the news of the murder of one of his close aids Sultani (unidentified actor) and decides to take a vow to destroy Iran, his new territory, by drinking a cup filled with water and an asharfi. At this point, his Chritstian wife Dokuz (Veena) tries to stop him from carrying out such a massacre by throwing away the cup before it touches Halaku's lips. In the frame, one of the servants stands on the extreme left, holding a tray. To his right is Dokuz, whose right hand is stretched out, nearing the cup. Halaku is standing on the extreme right, next to Dokuz, holding the cup with both his hands.

The bottom border has an interesting combination of illustration and text. Placed centrally aligned to the print, starting from left to right, there is an illustrated logogram of the movie showing a man (possibly Halaku) taking away a woman (possibly Nilofer) on a speeding horse. Towards the left of the logogram near the baseline, there is text reading 'Shangrila'. To the right of the logogram, aligned to its baseline is 'PRODUCED BY: P.N. ARORA D.D. KASHYAP'. This is followed by 'MUSIC: SHANKER JAIKISHAN' and 'DIRECTED BY: D.D. KASHYAP'. Above the baseline level, to the right of the logogram is the name of the movie 'HALAKU' (English) followed by 'Halaku' (Devanagari). The names overlap with a rectangle with fillet corners, which bears the names of the producer and the production company, along with the production company's logo. From top, it reads 'P.N. ARORA', next line; 'Presents', next line; 'AN ALL INDIA PICTURES' ', next line; 'PRODUCTION'. Towards the right of the rectangular background is the logo of All India Picures.
