The still shows the house of Kailash Babu (unidentified actor), a society resident, which is the first hiding space for the poor villager (Raj Kapoor),who is suspected to be a thief by the other society residents. In the scene from the film, people are asked to line up and be identified indivdualy according to their flat numbers, so that the thief can be caught. In the frame, the members of the search party are standing lined up in a queue in the background. In the foreground, starting from the left is Chandu (Iftekhar), leader of the search party standing in profile view, holding a stick with a shirt hanging at its end. Next to him is Kailash Babu (unidentified actor), the owner of the house, who is looking at Chandu while pointing a finger to his left and behind him is his wife (Tun Tun). Next to Kailash Babu is his daughter Sati (Smriti Biswas), looking sideways. Next in the line is the poor villager (Raj Kapoor), standing with joined hands, looking at Sati's boyfriend (Pradeep), who is pointing a finger at him. Next to the boyfriend is another resident, Shashank, who is standing in a right profile view.

On the bottom border, towards the left, is a composition of illustration and text. Starting from the left is a silhouette of a man (possibly Raj Kapoor's character of the villager), next to this is 'Raj Kapoor's', overlapping with the name of the movie 'JAGTE RAHO' (English).
