Photographic lobby still for the Hindi film 'Patrani' (Chief Queen), released in the year 1956.

The still shows the lead character Princess Mrinalla (Vyjayanthimala), possibly from the song 'Are Koi Jao Ri Piya Ko Bulao' (check translation), sung by Lata Mangeshkar, Meena Mangeshkar and Usha Mangeshkar. In the frame, the princess is holding a dance pose in the centre of the frame, dressed in a lehenga (flared skirt), blouse and a dupatta. She is balancing her body on her left knee with her right leg stretched out her body's top half is stretched backwards with both her hands stretched out in the same direction. The room in which she has been photographed has a black and white checkered floor, with paintings and furniture in the background. On the bottom border, aligned to the centre, the credits of the film are mentioned. Starting from the left, first comes 'Directed by', next line; 'VIJAY BHATT', next line; 'Music', next line; 'SHANKER JAIKISHAN'. Next to this is the name of the film divided in two parts. First comes 'PAT' and right under it is the full name in Devanagari. After the word 'PAT' is an illustration of a woman holding a sword with both her hands. Next to the illustration is the word 'RANI' right under which the name of the film is written in Urdu script. Next to the name section is a logo of Prakash Pictures.
