Photographic lobby still for the Hindi film 'Shirin-Farhad' (proper noun), released in the
year 1956.

The still shows the female lead Shirin, played by Madhubala in a half-length, front profile view. She is dressed in a beautiful, rich-looking upper garment and a sheer fabric veil, drawn over her head, slightly covering the left side of her face, along with heavy
jewellery. In the frame, it looks like she is emerging out of a roundish curtain, separating and holding its two ends with her hands. She is looking away in the distance with a coy
look on her face. On the bottom border of the print are the credits for the film. Starting from the left, first comes 'Super Pictures', next line; 'PRESENTS'. Under this text is an illustration of a palace with domes. Next to this is 'Shirin-Farhad' (English). Under this text, the name of the film is printed in Urdu and Devanagari script respetively. Next to the name of the film, 'Produced & Directed', next line; 'ASPI' is printed on a customised shape. Under this is an illustration of three camels and a coconut tree with the first camel bearing a rider.
