The Lieutenant Governor and the delegates are listed on either side of the photograph, with their districts, cities and counties listed next to their names. Lieutenant Governor Thomas Michael Holt is featured in the center of the image. His photograph is larger than the senators. Photographs of Senator Henry Hall Falkener (R) and Senator Dred Wimberly (R) are located at the bottom of the photograph. There are no inscriptions or marks, front or back.
