The installation is a metaphor for the entanglement between humans, greenhouses, and the sun in El Ejido, the wellknown greenhouse town in Spain. The photosynthetic iceberg represents the spectacular but fragile greenhouse landscape, while the floating UFO, the Unstopping Fabricated Oasis, represents transnational organic food corporations, the ghosts of eco-capitalism. The terrain and the megastructure create a dreamland where human and nature coexist. However, the spectacle conceals the cheap labor and plastic plague, making them invisible. By the sun and greenhouses, organic food is fabricated into the production of the fetishism of Nature. The greenhouse industry is actually a mega-monster that extracts natural and human resources and reproduces nature into a pure commodity.
