In the series of pieces titled Physicromie, Cruz-Diez explores color in an autonomous and methodical way. Through a structure that has colored fields, he creates structures, generally in aluminum, that require the presence of the spectator to fulfill its purpose: to demonstrate the nature and color qualities, and its perspective effects.
