This stove was made of tiles brought from Hutsulshchyna (Kosiv , Kolomyia) by the painter Michał Boruciński, at the request of Jerzy Kuncewicz. The tiles, obtained from several dismantled stoves, were assembled on the spot in Kazimierz Dolny. Each tile is a separate work of art, depicting, among others, genre scenes, floral motifs and geometric ornaments, characteristic of the Hutsul craftsmanship.
