This detailed drawing shows the placement of the objects used in the hunka ceremony. Frederick Weygold acquired these objects during his residence on the Pine Ridge Reservation in summer 1909, from Chanxaxa, one of his most important informants. The drawing, made by Weygold, is also based on information from Chanxaxa.
