This plaque is made of colorless, blue and gold glass. Its circular body is slightly convex. In its center, a woman drawn on a gold leaf wears a long tunic and headdress. She opens her arms in sign of prayer. Gold inscriptions flank her. A gold tendril frieze encircles the scene. The rim is heavily chipped. A large fragment was reattached.
