A Century of Centuries plate for Leslie Ames. A circular white ceramic plate with gold rim, featuring a blue glaze design. The design features the face of Leslie Ames, surrounded by stumps and bats with figures of his centuries, with a border of balls and bales. The base has a Coalport maker's mark and an inscription which reads, "LESLIE E.G. AMES C.B.E / CENTURY OF CENTURIES / 1927--1950".
