Octagonal scalloped marly, decorated with alternating large and small sprays of foliage. In center, crossed crosier, sword and spade with fleur-de-lis at point of crossing; above, royal crown; below, banderole inscribed: Viva la nation. Blue, yellow and violet in center; green and red on marly.
