The Plocoglottis plicata (Roxb.) Omerod is a ground orchid that can grow up to 35 cm tall and has either plain or spotted leaves. It can be found in shaded areas on lowland forests or at the base of limestone hills. It is native to Borneo, Sumatra, Java, and the Philippines.
