Poetovio (Ptuj, Slovenia)

This 360° VR video with immersive storytelling is showcasing remarkable ancient Roman monuments on the territory of the modern Ptuj in Slovenia. One of the most important is the marble ORPHEUS MONUMENT, erected in honor of Marcus Valerius Verus, who was the mayor of Poetovio (Ptuj) in the 2nd century AD. We were delighted to see how modern Ptuj nurtures its heritage in the stunning Ptuj-Ormož Regional Museum and annually at the exciting Roman Games Festival.
