Poets and Writers

On the entire north wall of the Studio, Cecco Bravo painted the famous poets and writers of Florence. On a ledge, decorated with half-length monochrome portraits, a large group of characters reading, writing and discussing; in the background it opens up a leafy landscape. Between the laurels poets we can recognize the figures of Dante, Boccaccio and Petrarca.
