Polarimeter or large half-light polarimeter

A polarimeter is a laboratory instrument used to determine the angle of optical activity of polarized light passing through a sample of liquid or solid. The polarimeter kept at Polytechnique is complete with the head and the element allowing to obtain a bright light (gas arrival). It is a large half-light polarimeter with which a saccharimeter is associated
