Port Arthur's Historic Colicha's Italian Village

In this 1981 segment for KFDM-TV's "PM Magazine," co-host Anna Chavez profiles Colichia's Italian Village, an Italian restaurant in Port Arthur, Texas. PM Magazine was a local news and entertainment television program broadcast on Beaumont's KFDM-TV from late 1970s to the mid-1980s. This segment features interviews with both customers and restaurant management, as well as footage of food preparation. The restaurant owners stress that they source the best ingredients, going as far as Houston and New Orleans to supply the kitchen. Colichia’s Italian Village opened in 1937 and is still in operation today.
