View down the narrow courtyard between the two wings of the Uffizi Gallery. The bell tower of Palazzo Vecchio is visible at the end of the courtyard. The ground levels of the gallery wings are lined with columns. Half of the courtyard is in shadow and a few carts and figures are lined up beside one wing of the gallery.
