Porticoes in Tendilla

“Tendilla is a town which has a plaza lined with flat columns”. Journey to the Alcarria, Camilo Jose Cela. Porticos are to be found mostly along the calle Mayor though they can also be seen in other streets of the town. All together, they almost make 2 km. They rest on long-standing stone columns with capitals decorated with Renaissance volutes.
