Allan Percival Clark was a pioneering rugby league administrator and one of the driving forces behind establishing the St?George District Rugby League Football Club in the New South Wales Rugby Football League in the early 20th century (before its first-grade entry in 1921). He worked tirelessly on behalf of the club, held important executive roles (including serving as the club's first delegate to the NSWRFL), and was instrumental in developing St?George's entry into competitive rugby league and its junior structures.
