The Marquis Alessandro Parravicini (1719-1768), whose family claimed a noble lineage directly from a Parravicino belonging to the 12 Councillors of Charlemagne, was a deputy of the Ospedale Maggiore from 1743 to 1765; in his will he names "the son who the Most High deigned to grant Gaetano Aliprandi and Countess Ottavia Parravicino his noble spouses of his sister".
