Portrait of Ezio Pavesi

There is little information on this benefactor. The documentation relating to the commission of the portrait, entrusted to Emilio Vitali, to the sketch submitted to the Artistic Commission, also present in the Quadreria Ospedaliera, and the suggestion of the Commission regarding a retouching of the hands and the attenuation of the wrinkles on the face remain in the Archive. The work, dignified as a whole, has a traditional iconography.
