Portrait of Francesco Bordoni

Francesco Bordoni (1834-1914) founder and owner of the Vetrerie Milanesi, does not directly benefit the Ospedale Maggiore and this portrait does not appear in the Quadreria Ospedaliera. His son Domenico, who continued his father's business, gave Ca 'Granda a legacy of 500,000 lire in memory of his parents, to which he also added two pairs of their portraits, one made in 1904 by Arturo Ferrari and the other, contemporary , by Enrico Bartezago.
