Portrait of Giulio Fedeli

Count Giulio Fedeli (1717-1789), chamber gentleman and chamberlain of the emperor, one of the Sixty Decurions of Milan and of the Twelve Vicars of Provisione, appointed the Ospedale Maggiore as the universal heir, but provided numerous legacies for other Pious Works and for private bequests (to these his collection of paintings).
