Portrait of Giuseppe Usuelli

Giuseppe Usuelli (died 12 April 1894) appoints the Milan Women's Orphanage as universal heir of his possessions, providing for a legacy of 50,000 lire for the Ospedale Maggiore, specifically for the treatment of diseases of the mouth. The commission of the portrait is entrusted to Emilio Magistretti, in his first collaboration with the Hospital.
