Henry Sadler was Grand Tyler and Sub-Librarian. He lived at Freemasons' Hall, London, with his family while managing the building, the Library and Museum. This later portrait of Sadler was traded with Frederic S Monroe, the Prince Hall freemason from United States in 1902.
