The pictured faces with his head turned to the left 3/4, has hair with bangs, well-designed almond-shaped eyes, straight nose and small, closed, thin mouth. Wears clothes emblazoned harlequin lozenges, has his arms crossed on his chest and slightly separated legs looking up and shoes. Behind boy, profile horse to the left, with the head turned in his direction represented with black lines, some contour, suggesting movement and volume, watching the front on the right paw raised. Background with treatment of irregular shapes in gray tones, with overlapping areas creating transparency effects. On the sides of the composition, to the left and on the right small rectangles with black spots.
